Usborne Activites Announces the 2010 Usborne Summer Reading Program

School will be out soon! Reading is always In!!

Have you signed your kids up for the 2010 Usborne Summer Reading program?

Keep your kids busy reading over the summer while earning books for themselves AND helping to raise books for the "Happy Wheels" cart at MUSC Children's Hospital.

*Kids read books of their choice over the summer

*Kids have sponsors pledge a dollar amount if they will read at least 400 minutes over the summer

*Kids earn books for themselves along with other prizes and awards

*Kids help to raise books for the "Happy Wheels" cart at MUSC Children's Hospital and help to brighten the day for another child

The Usborne Summer Reading program is open to all kids in the USA. Children do not need to be reading on their own yet. Mom or dad, grandma or grandpa can read to those children who are not yet reading. This is a great way to help build up a child's library.

Even Ponies Love to Read Usborne Books!

That's Not My Pony was already sold out that day so Pony had to settle for That's Not My Dinosaur, one of Usborne Books Touchy-Feely board books. He looks thoroughly engrossed in his book!

If you have a silly picture of an animal reading post the link in the comments section.
